Re: Original Gravity Extracts Analysis Adjustment
What data did you enter for the juice? Did you create it as an extract or adjunct? I know the program doesn't include this as an ingredient.

Re: Update Error
If you are running version 1.5.24 then you have the latest update for 1.5. The connection error occurs because the API server that version 1.5 attempts to access uses secure encryption not supported by the program. The program still functions but some online features no longer work. The last update ...

Re: Mash schedule calculator- start with cereal mash
I can see the problem you are having. I don't think there is a direct way to handle this procedure in the BeerTools Pro scheduling tool. So I guess the only thing that I can recommend for facilitating some of the temperature predictions is to create a separate recipe file for the cereal mash. I know...

Re: Mac Catalina update
Both the 64 bit and 32 bit downloads should be available on your personal downloads page here:
https://www.beertools.com/html/my.php?tab=downloads
It should work the same as before but let me know if you hit a snag.

Re: MAC TO pC
Hello, Stéphane. You don’t have to purchase a new license. Just submit a support request to have your license switched to the new platform and you will receive a new license key. Your recipes are interchangeable between platforms.

Re: beertools pro on a pixel slate chromebook
Unfortunately the Linux version starting failing to build along with the other versions. The lapse in concurrency is a result of that and not a decision to drop support. However, the lack of interest in the Linux version makes is difficult to justify devoting significant resources to identifying and...

Do you have the 64 bit version installed? I know 32 bit apps no longer work on Catalina.

Re: BTB installation problem
You may have to select the "default" library location in the preferences window. This places the BeerTools Pro library folder containing your recipes and ingredient data in ~/Library/Application Support/com.beertools.BeerToolsPro Changing the location does not move your data, however. That...

Re: Need to re enter License every restart
It sounds like Windows is not letting BeerTools Pro update the preferences file. While BeerTools Pro is not running you can remove the preferences file from here: C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\BeerTools Pro\preferences.plist And then see if a new one is created when you launch the program.
