This filter bag is around 5" in diameter and 18" long. I do not think I will have a problem with clogging.

I found a 50 micron filter bag at work. I am going to try that just for kicks and giggles. We shall see.

Sounds interesting! It sounds like it could work maybe. But, as for sealing the keg quickly I do not think it has the output required. I say kegging because if you would try bottling you would have absolutely no control over the carbonation.
