Cool! I am interested in knowing about the beer from sap. I have a recipe for wine, but this is the first year making it so I will get back to you in a year when it is ready. Yeast Nutrient- Zinc
I have read about the use of zinc as a yeast nutrient and of storing yeast in galvanized containers due to this, but I have never heard of the use of copper as such.
