Ok here is the scoop on recipe comments

Hi Gang,
Out of nearly 2,100 recipes there are 142 comments on 86 recipes. One thing we should try is posting questions on recipes that grab our attention. The author can thus be "encouraged" to offer more info on how it turned out.

Is it tight

Some yeast is more sensitive..it will wait until the perfect conditions (such as temperature and peak chemical reaction) are taking place. You might also want to make sure that if you are using a bucket that it is tighly sealed. But I imagine by now the yeast activity has started.
