This filter bag is around 5" in diameter and 18" long. I do not think I will have a problem with clogging.

I had the similar problem once, or I thought I did. The fact was the yeast took off rather quickly and left little to no clues that it did its thing. But in fact it did. I checked the gravity and found the yeast had done what it was suppose to do. Bill hit the nail on the head "check your gravity". ...

Sounds interesting! It sounds like it could work maybe. But, as for sealing the keg quickly I do not think it has the output required. I say kegging because if you would try bottling you would have absolutely no control over the carbonation.
