Evaporation Rate

I would like to have the ability to change the evaporation rate from percent per hour to gallons per hour. I think most of us brew on just one system and our evaporation rate is fairly constant. In other words, if a system looses one gallon per hour to evaporation the loss will be the same regardles...

I have noticed the same thing, Jeff. And yes, it appears that the top of the window is above the viewable area. I'm using the PC version.

Has anybody used the ProMash software? What benifits does it have? Thanks for your thoughts. I have been using ProMash for about three years. It is a great program, but the learning curve is steep and the interface is dated. Once you learn the program there is nothing it won't do for a home brewer....

It's hard, for me at least, to tell from a picture what is going on. But I'd say the "odd growth" you're seeing are just yeast colonies. I base that on the fact that the beer is couple of months old now and taste OK. I'm not a Nottingham user, but I have noticed that different yeasts exhib...
