calculating strike temp?
Hi, I am just starting to dive into partial mash brewing a c I am curious as to how I would calculate my mash temp and sparse temp.

First thank you for taking the time to answer my post. I should have mentioned that I was using Wyeast smack packs. They inflated properly, so I know the yeast was good.
