I know the utilisation is a matter of AAU and gravity (and some other factors) so the IBU in each pot will be half of the predicted IBU for the 6 gal batch. I did it once, I added 4 grams per 100 liters of dryed yeast along with the priming sugar and left the bottles in a warm place (22 celsius) for 5 days before moving them to the cellar.
