why don't you just brew the beer and take your measurements, then see which program is closer? 10 gravity points is about a percent ABV difference. in an imperial IPA, you've got bigger things to worry about than that.

I then add about one month per 1% ABV, which means my 7% IPA needs about 4 months before it is at its peak.
