Fermentation time

My recipe calls for 7 days in the primary, which is today. However, I'm still getting some bubbles through the airlock. Maybe 1/minute. I realize that it will keep fermenting after I move it over to the secondary. My concern is that if I do go ahead and move it over, that a lot of yeast will end up ...

Carbonation chaos....

I did my first PM brew, a hoppy APA. The flavor is great. It's bottled half in 22 oz and half in 12 oz. The thing is that in some (of each size) the carbonation is perfect, but in others it's too high, and others it's very low. What I am suspecting is that the priming sugar kinda sunk in the carboy ...
