Fermentation time
My recipe calls for 7 days in the primary, which is today. However, I'm still getting some bubbles through the airlock. Maybe 1/minute. I realize that it will keep fermenting after I move it over to the secondary. My concern is that if I do go ahead and move it over, that a lot of yeast will end up ...

Is this okay?
This is my third brew. I woke up this morning to this crazy fermentation (video):

My last two didn't get that aggressive, at least not that I noticed.
Is this something normal(ish)?

Is it a standard thing? I was taught to bottle straight from the secondary fermenter, which seems to...

Beer type advice?
Hello Beertools community :) I'm a beginner at this "activity", but I am really enjoying it. Not just the beer, but it's nice to spend the evening doing beer stuff w/music on. Moving on, I've done 2 partial mash brews, both with pleasing results. The first was a very hoppy pale ale. The se...

Carbonation chaos....
I did my first PM brew, a hoppy APA. The flavor is great. It's bottled half in 22 oz and half in 12 oz. The thing is that in some (of each size) the carbonation is perfect, but in others it's too high, and others it's very low. What I am suspecting is that the priming sugar kinda sunk in the carboy ...
