2nd time brewing this recipe, loved it. Decided to brew it again, only this time there is a "sour" smell coming out of the fermenter. You can still smell the hops but there is a sour undertone to it. Did everything the same as the last time, except the mash temp was higher. 165 instead of ...

Have a recipe at calls for 6lbs of frozen raspberries to be placed in the secondary. How do I ensure the raspberries are sterile when I put them in?

I just finished brewing my All grain IPA, and has been in the fermenter for 5 days. This is the first time I plan on using a secondary, how long should I let it set in the primary? OG 1.063

both beers I have brewed were kits, both from more beer
