Ginger beer?

With the warm weather coming I'm thinking it would be nice to try and make a beer that tastes like, well, Jamaican-style ginger beer. Anyone have experience using ginger in a brew? Was also wondering if this might also be good if it was slightly hop forward...

Christoffel clone?

I'm looking for a Christoffel blonde clone but having no luck. Anyone know of a recipe?
