Excellent question as to the yeast. ...It's all I had !
I live in a small town in Western Colorado and just felt like going for it rather than waiting for my next trip to Denver to get Weizen yeast. Next time, I most certainly will !!

Greetings fellow brewers. I am brewing up a batch of Weizen and have mixed and matched from a few suggested approaches. One of these utilized 'Unmalted Wheat.' Beer Tools Pro does not have this in the data base and I am hoping that someone has technical information for this ingredient. Thanks Mitch ...
