Chloride/Sulfate ratio
I thought all those zeros seemed odd. The thing I noticed though was that in almost all of the beers the Chloride/Sulfate ratio was leading on the sulfate side. OK that's confusing. Enter in the modifications using PPM, I am not getting that, at least not at first sight. I just filled in my numbers and it estimated the pH at 5.1. I haven't seen even close to that. Also are his pH numbers mash temp or room temp?

get away with maybe 2-3% Have you tried diluting with distilled water? Increasing your SRM by 3 or 4 should also drop the pH ~0.1. All good ideas Sloth. Rehashing some water issues

PS. Vessel Calibration
You should also really really really calibrate you mash tun. Let me know if you do I'll give you some pointers that I got from others. It effects your temps in your schedule greatly and takes a lot of guess work out.
