Re: crash coming from online window

I seem to be having a crash occurring in BTP 1.5.1 when I have accessed the online window (in particular My Recipes) and then close the online window or the newly opened window without doing a logout first. I believe this was mentioned in an earlier thread but supposedly it was fixed (?) ... This i...

Backup

Finally checked and configured everything in BTP 1.5. I need to know which file I must backup now. What I need to backup is My Ingredients, My Equipment, My packaging, custom style and if possible, the Preferences. Is it possible? I guess it's probably just a DB file or something.

Thx

Why not relax and have a homebrew? Seriously, I had the same issue the last time I brewed. I found the rubber cork 2 weeks later. I just put a new one next morning. That was 6 months ago and beer still not showing any sign of infection. Maybe I was lucky, but I don't think anything else can be done....

It can be a bad Hydrometer too. I had a friend who had a beer that finished at 0.97.... and it was not infected. Solution was to change the hyrometer and FG change to 1.06. Still drier then expected but lot more accurate.

I never used Oxy-San but it may be easier to try changing that before. I'm using Starsan without head retention problems.

I had a some free time and found the links for you...

Northern English Brown Ale

Southern English Brown Ale

Hope you will enjoy them as much as I did. If you look in the archive, there's tons of other styles. Very good show!

You should listen to the podcast on Thebrewingnetwork.com. In the archive of the Jamil's show, there's one for Brown ale. Very good description and instructive.
