Aluminum Kettle

I have a 7 gallon aluminum kettle, are there any disadvantages to using an aluminum kettle rather than a stainless steel? Would it be worth the money to buy a stainless steel kettle?

Thanks

Wheat Beer

Hey, Im a new brewer and interested in brewing some good wheat beers. I recently brewed a full bodied wheat from a kit at my local brew shop, but would like to expand my brewing experience. Anyone have any suggestions and/or recipes for a good wheat? Thanks.
