I just finished a phone interview with the New Belgium Brewing Co. and I just had to share what a delight they were to chat with about the beer and brewery. The excitement expressed about working there was very contagious. Now to taste one of their beers...

I would like to ask for some help. Could you recommend great beers from microbreweries you have tasted and really enjoyed. This will give me leads for beers I can use on our beer show.

One thing that I'd like to know more about, I've always been an extract brewer, but like many I've been curious about making the jump to all grain. I was wondering about the basic kinds of equipment (mash tun, lauter tun etc...). Its also important to think about cost, and what the different option...
