does any know what is the max grain bill for a 10 gallon beverage cooler I am thinking about a large imperial IPA at around 35#s of grain with a 12 gallon boil and not sure if I am attempting to large of a grain bill

what is the optimum amount of time to pull your second running?
After ramping up the temp in my grain to 170` and resting for 15 min
I started the drain and im getting gallon every 30 min.and pulling 3-4.5 for boil
Can the flow rate increase ????

my question should be simple. I have a plate filter from more beer and typically only use a 2 micron roughing filter . it really cleans up any suspended particles that are left after secondary ferm. . ???? after doing this is there enough yeast left in beer to use corn sugar for priming or do i just...

I mash in a 10 gallon water cooler w 3 inchs of bottom space and have tried single infusion@155 (1 1/2 hrs.)
