Check out the latest BYO for an article on brewing these types "Green Bottle Full Throttle". They base the recipe there on Heinekin but say they are all pretty close. They use corn in the heiny clone, so just leave that out and add a little more pale malt for an all malt version.

quick maturing
If you like Hefes they are really good and quick. They ferment in 7-10 days and don't need a secondary. With force carbing they can be ready start to finish in 10 days or so. Also the cloudiness is fine for these. I do all grain now but these are the best extract beers Ive made.. 6 lbs Wheat DME 1 o...
