lactose for a milk stout

OK I must be a moron but I couldn't find lactose in the "adjuncts" menu, used maltodextrine for calculation purposes instead...is it somewhere I'm not seeing?

sort of trendy these days and something I want to try. How can we do this with beertools? assume a first wort hop addition on first runnings, then a second batch sparge, so the first wort hop addition is maybe a half hour before reaching boil. I think it would be nice if "Special Roast" was an available malt option. Seems like I use it a lot, and in a bunch of my recipes I substituted "Roasted Barley" which gives a much darker estimated color...lately I've switched to "British Crystal 55L" but that's still no...

was just thinking about this the other day, coz some folks asked for a keg for their wedding...funny, we go thru these hoops for people used to drinking macro commercial product, not for ourselves... It occurs to me that commercial brewers cold-filter carbonated beer all the time. Wonder how they do...
