hops leaf and pellets
If a recipe calls for 1 oz of cascade leaf hops (example) could one use pellets instead and if so 1 oz of pellets?
Thanks in advance.

Gelitan as a fining agent?
I always have chill haze problems, I am about to use gelitan to try to solve it in this batch? mabey not a good idea I don't know. If I do use it should I use about 1/4 tsp mixed with 1/4 cup of water for 3 gal of beer?
does any one have any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Aluminum Brewing kettle?
I live in Nova Scotia Canada and an affordable stainless pot is hard to come by (one that is large enough) I can, however, buy a 34L aluminum stock pot for just $60CDN $45USD. Can I use aluminum for mashing, boiling...ect? Is stainless a must? Tell me it is not.

One last question
Is the CO2 from fermentation enough to push the whole batch from the keg? Or will I have to pressurize it a bit?
