Carbonation preferences
I haven't bottle conditioned in decades. In the Preferences section, may I please have the ability to set Forced Carbonation as the default on the recipe Carbonation tab instead of Natural Conditioning? Thanks

Re: Original Gravity Extracts Analysis Adjustment
I did Adjuncts for honey because it's more appropriate as a Mash Tun entry than as a Boil Kettle entry. I don't want to boil honey.
I did Extracts for apple juice because it's like a thin fermentable.
Maybe it's that combo of 1 Adjunct + 1 Extract, with no Grains that throws it off?

Print My Equipment
Print Configuration, I would like to include My Equipment as part of the printout. There is no box to check (such as Style, Ingredients, Notes). My Equipment > Vessels > Names or Notes: this is where I include keg serial numbers (ID), so I know which kegs were used for sours/bretts, repair history, ...

Stage dropdown Mash-out
I'm looking for a dropdown Stage distinction between Mash (Mash Tun) and Mash-out (Mash Tun). Whether it's dark grains or pre-hops, I don't want these additions for the entire mash duration. Just at mash-out/sparge. Can we get a Stage category for that please? The recipe printout says " - added...

Original Gravity Extracts Analysis Adjustment
I've brewed a Cyser (closest BJCP 2015 style I can get with BTP2 is 28D. Other Specialty Cider/Perry). I'm measuring 1.105 OG, but the program doesn't seem to go higher (or lower) than 1.102 OG. Usually I adjust the Original Gravity field or the Efficiency field on the Analysis tab to make minor cor...

Water Chemistry Ingredients Print
Water chemistry appears in the Ingredients section when I print or export the recipe. I see my source Water Profile + added Mineral Salts as ingredients. Good so far. However, when I share my recipe, nobody else knows my measured municipal water source (the "starting" profile before adjust...

HopShot Hop Resin Extract
I have a recipe that calls for 5ml of HopShot. How would I estimate the profile from the Hops Ingredient DB? Milliliters isn't a selectable unit in the BTP Hop Editor. I guess I set Alpha to 10%, everything else to 0% or Unspecified, and use it as 1 oz for 60 min for about 10 IBU. Then, scale quanti...

Styles 24-28
How do I include BJCP style guidelines for categories 24-28? Meads, Ciders, Perrys are my thing .. these are legitimate categories, well defined .. why can't I use them with BTP?
