Stage dropdown Mash-out

I'm looking for a dropdown Stage distinction between Mash (Mash Tun) and Mash-out (Mash Tun). Whether it's dark grains or pre-hops, I don't want these additions for the entire mash duration. I have a recipe that calls for 5ml of HopShot. How would I estimate the profile from the Hops Ingredient DB? Milliliters isn't a selectable unit in the BTP Hop Editor. Styles 24-28

How do I include BJCP style guidelines for categories 24-28? Meads, Ciders, Perrys are my thing .. these are legitimate categories, well defined .. why can't I use them with BTP?
