Again my aplogies for butchering the terminology.

OS is Windows XP and it is the Info panel the get overlapped and mangled into the Menu bar.

The only solution I have found as of yet is to disable enhanced graphics.

Thanks for the reply. I may have a lot of suggestions here but, on the bright side I have always considered the forum support here to be top notch.

Back to topic,

I did try using the sg suffix and several times it regected it. Oddly enough, now it's taking it.

Accounting for fermentables of fruit

It appears to me that any fruit additives to a recipe have no gravity associations for fermentables. I see that fruits are in the special assets folder but there is no field for specific gravity. It's as if BTP assumes no sugars will be contributed and we all know this is not the case. However, if o...

Print Inventory?

BTP really should have a function to print "Inventory".

Humidity Field

Seeing as how BTP has taken great strides to include fields for very location/brewday specifics..... Is it possible to have a boil off estimater? I see fields for elevation peppered about, even air temp. I am thinking that maybe it's possible to throw a field in for humidty too. That combined with a...

I have yet to run a calibration on my current equipment set-up (when I used BTP in the past I had a cooler mash tun and now I have a keg tun), and maybe I am missing something, or the fields clear but, I would think that if a piece of equipment is going to be included as "pre-loaded" then ...

Graphic collision mangles screen

Just updated to V1.5. My apologies if I butcher some of the terminology as applies specifically to BTP. My display system is set to 32bit and my NVIDIA drivers are current but, BTP still has a re-current graphics hangup. At the top of the screen the "inventory" window occasionally overlays...

Water Chemistry continued

Okay heres my scenario and following will be my question. I use a direct fired HLT to which I add 5.2 pH Stabilzer buffer salts. I heat this water to temp, strinke or infuse rest temp etc.., and sparge. I calculate my entire volume first, heat in the HLT and adjust temp as necessary for the next ste...

Re: Hard data saves are a pain.

Gues what, it aint there! I tried loading the template and the recipe disappears. You should not have saved your ingredient data with the template. Deselect the ingredients checkbox when you configure your template if you don't want the ingredients to be overwritten when applying the template. Okay...

Hard data saves are a pain.

I know this is a topic that has been discussed many, many time before but, I am now getting hard and heavy into setting up BTP for use. Okay heres what I have done. In an attempt to set my calibration data on my equipment I opened a New Session in which I key in the data I have collected. To save sa...

I hate to say it, but I think you have fried the probe wire on your digital thermometer.......................... get a new probe for it. And next time, don't leave the probe inside the tun and instead just take "instant read" readings, instead. Methinks youve hit the head right on the na...

Equipment Profile and Calibration

I have read and do understand how to setup equipment and calibrate them. What I am unclear on is how BTP utilizes the info. Should I set up and calibrate ALL of my vessels and Heat sources? For instance, I have a HLT with independant heating. I have a Gott MLT. I have a 16 Gallon Kettle w heat sourc...

Has any one tried anything?
