For my Eisbock batch should I Krausen or Spiese? I am thinking that Krausening is the way to go, but its all new to me. How do I formulate the amount I need? Copper in the Brew Pot...
I understand that adding a piece of copper to your brew pot adds minerals and/or nutrients to your wort that is helpfull for the yeast. Has anyone else heard this and if so does anyone actually do this?

SCHOLARS is defunct
I contacted Steven Andrews of SCHOLARS and the club is no longer active. He didin't have enough responce from Homebrewers in the upstate so he moved on to new hobbies including flying. He sounded as if he gave up homebrewing completely... can you imagine that? I dont think I could ever give it up co...

I dont think I ever had a "perfect" beer...
but I had a lot that were so close you couldn't tell the difference. Hahaha. I was wondering if it was you yourself that drank the 10g or your club?
