Volume Adjustment Problem

I think the point that was missed was that he added a volume adjustment, the net volume changed, then he deleted the volume adjustment, and the net volume did not go back to match the Final Volume.

I confirm that this bug exists in the alpha version also .0.6

cheers!

Water Chemistry

When a water chemistry profile is loaded, there is no indication in the title bar (or anywhere else) as to which file was loaded and is being currently worked on. Maybe putting the name in that window's title bar will help.

cheers!

Residual Alkalinity

i made this feature request a while ago in the software forum, but i will put it here as a refresher... It would be nice for BTP to propose a recommended RA level (maybe below the beer color or something) so we can adjust our water (if mashing) to hit this. I have seen the formula -> Ideal RA = ( SR...

Something very bad happened

I am not sure what happened, but my BTP 1.1.0.6 screen got corrupted, and now it stays that way even after i close it, and reopen. Here is a screenshot... I have not done anything with my screen res or size or anything to cause this to happen. I am going to try and reinstall BTP 1.1.06, and see if t...

wottaguy,

the right click seems to work only on some text boxes, for example the kettle volume, wort boil duration, evap loss, etc... it does not work on the ingredients list, although i think it needs to.

cheers!

Bug: Water Chemistry

I do not know if this has been reported before... but if you fill in a value in the text box, say for a mineral... and press enter, the view does not update... but it seems the underlying value does...

when the up and down arrows are pressed, the view finally updates.

cheers!

That is a huge difference. What was the temperature after 65 minutes, for your calibration?

Are you sure you are using the same amount of grains in your promash vs. BTP recipes?

cheers!

Sounds about right.

While you are setting up the HLT and MT, you can create and setup a heat source as well, but, it is not required for the mash in step. It will predict how long it will take to heat your water though.

I think i understand what you are talking about, but i might be wrong. Are you saying that you want to be able to scale the IBUs and gravity (without volume changing)?. I have wanted this for a long time, for i have certain volumes that i would like to meet, and the ingredients list does not match f...

When scale is enabled, the ingredients are changed (as you change the volumes) to match IBUs and gravity that you had before you started changing volumes.

When lock is enabled, the ingredients do not change as you manipulate the volume numbers.
