Take a look at the attached. I think it may help you out. I think you are better off using batch sparge rather than fly as its closer to what you are doing.

Hi Jeff,

Are the preferences for grain absorption saved when making a default or new template? I added a new toy to the mix (speidel braumeister) and I know the absorption rate of grain is lower with this than my regular 3 vessel and I'd like an easy way of switching profiles.

Hi La, For beertools to calculate water temp for you you'll need to calibrate your equipment (mash tun). Take a look here Vessel . Which is pretty much why I just start with a relatively blank canvas with RO. Just too much of a pain to work with. Probably biggest impact I made on my beers was getting that water tested.
