Something that graphs both "Gravity" and "ALC %" vs. time would be good.
I graphed SG & ALC % Vs. Time in the below link using excel. Perhaps Jeff and Lathe can incorporate something similar in BTP 1.1.

Re: Feature Requests
Please post feature requests to this topic. Thanks! Include the UNITS "cells/ml/plato" and "Total cells pitched" as options for "Yeast" in the ingredients panel, rather than just mL, Litres etc. This would allow brewers who yeast count to keep track of the pitch rate. ...

Re: Whirlpooling 101....
A good step to add to your regimen that will go a long way toward improved beer quality and may reduce some haze is whirlpooling: Eric Eric, Im currently using Jamils whirlpool technique (March pump that recircultates wort during immersion chilling) for my 5gal batches and I seem to get really clou...

What do you want to see in session recording? Let us know what you think makes session recoding useful. A feature for session recording: To be able to track ones fermentation graphically. Ie: To be able to log the SG of ones ferment from day to day and have BTP plot SG and %ALC vs. time graphically...

Refractometer brix to SG converstion feature during ferment
Please post feature requests to this topic. Thanks! Lathe, Would it be possible to add this feature to the upcoming BTP 1.1 release: A brix to SG conversion tool for refractometer readings DURING fermentation which also calculates %ALC and attenuation. The Best Co2 Regulator?
I'm looking to purchase a new CO2 regulator for kegging. I've been told that the "Micromatic" regulators are the best on the market. I am new to kegging and would welcome some feedback on what to purchase.
Cheers.

Is IsoHops extract antibacterial?
I am curious as to whether isohop extract, like hop pellets, has antibacterial properties in beer? I make 4L yeast starters for 24L batches, but I dont use hop pellets in the starters because I dislike the hop break that i get from using them. I am thinking of using isohop extract as a substitute an...

Mashing Flaked Barley and Flaked oats.
I heard that some flaked grains require boiling to gelatinise the starches before they can be mashed. I am in the process of brewing an oatmeal stout. Does anyone know if flaked barley and flaked oats can be mashed as normal, or if pre-boiling is required? Also, what is the difference between Instan...

Toasting Flaked Oats
I am planning to brew an oatmeal stout and have seen recipes using flaked oats they have toasted in the oven.
What would be the effect on beer aroma/flavour/mouth feel etc. from using toasted flaked oats. And are there any benefits?
