Mums Brew #3 - Raspberry Apple Cider Braggot
Specialty Beer : Extract : 5 gal
01.01.08 - Good one to start the year off with. This is different from other braggots that I've done, because I've used wine yeasts on all my others, and this one is with an ale yeast.

WYeast 1056 American Ale™
WYeast 1056 American Ale™
Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.
Notes
I'll put the raspberry apple cider in the secondary so the flavor wont get fermented out.

Was new to brewing and thought I'd try this. It was drinkable but wasn't that great. I would try this again but I'd use a better extract, partial mash, or 2nd running from a parti-gyle.
