  • 1 lbs German Vienna

  • 1/2 lbs English 2-row Pils

    Pilsner base malt.

  • 1/4 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 1/2 lbs Munich Malt

    Munich Malt

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 6 3/8 lbs Pale Liquid;Alexanders

    Pale Liquid;Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 2 lbs Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 2 oz Northern Brewer -5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
