    Munich TYPE I;Weyermann®

    German-grown two-row spring barley (2004 harvest). Product Characteristics: Imparts strongly malty notes to finished beer. Intended mainly for dark ales and lagers.   • 13 lbs Amber Liquid;Alexanders

    Amber Liquid;Alexanders

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 1 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 2 oz Magnum -14.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Magnum

    A West Coast hop with high Alpha Acid. Excellent bittering hop.

  • 2 oz Amarillo® -8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Amarillo®

    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • 2 oz Citra® -12.0 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min

    Citra®

    Citra™ is a special aroma hop variety developed by the Hop Breeding Company (a joint venture between John I. Haas, Inc. and Select Botanicals Group, LLC). It was released in 2007. Citra™ has fairly high alpha acids and total oil contents with a low percentage of cohumulone content. The variety imparts interesting citrus and tropical fruit characters to beer.
