Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 8 lbs White Wheat Malt;Canada Malting

    White Wheat Malt;Canada Malting

  • 2 lbs White Wheat;Rahr

    White Wheat;Rahr

Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

  • 2 lbs Honey Malt

    Honey Malt

Nutty honey flavor. For brown ales, Belgian wheats, bocks and many other styles.

  • .75 oz Falconer’s Flight™ Blend -11.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Falconer’s Flight™ Blend

An exclusive proprietary hop blend created by Hop Union to honor and support the legacy of Glen Hay Falconer. Known to contain Citra™, Simcoe® and Sorachi Ace among other varieties. Blend imparts tropical, citrus, floral, lemon and grapefruit tones.

  • 3tsp Irish Moss -(omitted from calculations)

    Irish Moss

A dried red-brown marine algae. Fining agent to remove large proteins. Negatively charged polymer attracts positively charged protein-tannin complexes (extracted from grain husks and hops) during the boil. This action is aided by the clumping of proteins in the boiling process. Irish moss settles to the bottom of the brew kettle with spent hops and hot break material at the end of the boil.

  • 2oz Blueberry Extract -amazon (omitted from calculations)

    Blueberry Extract

Flavor extract. Blueberries are bright blue berries with soft mildly sweet interior.

  • White LabsWLP011European Ale

    White LabsWLP011European Ale

Malty, Northern European-origin ale yeast. Low ester production, giving a clean profile. Little to no sulfur production. Low attenuation helps to contribute to the malty character. Good for Alt, Kolsch, malty English ales, and fruit beers.
