Notes

Steep grains at 153 degrees for 60 minutes. Spare at 170 degrees. Added DME at 45 minutes and LME 15 minutes. Pitched yeast at 56 degrees and fermenting at 54 degrees. OG 1.056. FG 1.015. ABV 5.4%.
