Re-brew of 1st Dortmunder Export, which placed 3 in 1st round of 2014 NHC. Cut water with some distilled, switched to Tettnanger hops. Brewed on 4/22/2014.

Notes

SS mash at 152. Will try to maintain ferm temp between 50-55. Used distilled water for sparge to cut mineral content. Ran out of Munich malt, subbed some aromatic and melonoidin.
