    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 0.4 oz Spalt Spalter - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Spalt Spalter

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 0.25 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • WYeast 2565 Kolsch

    WYeast 2565 Kolsch

    A hybrid of ale and lager characteristics. This strain develops excellent maltiness with subdued fruitiness, and a crisp finish. Ferments well at moderate temperatures.
