  • 8 lbs German 2-row Pils

  • 1 lbs German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 1 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 1 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min
