Named in honor of the amazing Beaumont Inn in Harrodsburg, KY. NOTE: toast the wood chips in the oven to caramelize some of the sugars in them. soak them in 5 oz of bourbon (I prefer Maker's Mark). add the soaked wood chips to the secondary.
