  • 0.45 oz Northern Brewer - 9.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.

Notes

Went from Fermenter to bottle, nice true hefe nose. Added bitter orange peel, rubby red grapfruit peel and a little corriander to last 10 min. of boil
