  • 8 lbs Maris Otter Pale

    Maris Otter Pale

    Dry, nutty malty flavor. Promotes body. Use in English mild ales.

Notes

Single infusion mash - 152 degF for 1 hour. Debittered black malt wasn't listed in the BeerTools palate, and Special Roast malt didn't fit in the allowed grain bill fields, but theywill darken the recipe considerably.
