This is a cold lagerd beer kit from austin home brew supply. It is a mini mash and smells wonderfull. I added the dry light instead of the corn sugar for the apv boost. Smells wonderfull Do suggest the doubble yeast option in lue of creating a starter

  • 0.688 lbs American Chocolate Malt

  • 8 lbs Liquid Amber Extract
