Notes

Very smokey and I can't see through it at all. I am serving this at 60 degrees kegged with 20 pounds of pressure on it. Comes out black with a creamy head. I mashed with a bit too high of a temp. so my attenuation did not come out very low. In hindsight I am glad it stayed a bit sweet I may take steps to ensure this. I finished at 1.023

I like this, in the future I will try to get more malt flavor to balance the smokey.
