White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

Invert Sugar
Invert Sugar
Increases alcohol. Use in some Belgian or English ales. Made from sucrose & is 5-10% less fermentable than sucrose. Does not contain dextrins.

Styrian Goldings -4.8 AA% whole; boiled 90 min

Czech Saaz -2.5 AA% whole; boiled 20 min

I would not dry hop this if i brewed it a second time. Over all a good Belgian blonde.
