Good
SGTCOFFEE (has brewed recipe)
February 10, 2008, 5:01 pm
I have this in primary right now.
Gravity is at 1.047 with an addition of .001 for the 70 deg. temp.
Color is just about right on with the predicted.
It taste pretty dawgon good.
Starts off with a light sweet honey taste then goes to a hoppy lemony end, I think that is the Argentina cascade hops doing that cause I haven't added the zest yet.
The LME i used was an experiment as I used some called premier light hopped malt comes in a Yellow 2.2 Lbs. can at my local grocery store.
