I have brewed this recipe and it took a little after 3 weeks for it to start comming into it's own. After 5 weeks of conditioning the taste was there. Sharp dry and refreshing. Great beer for poker night. I won!!! Please try this brew I would like to see what you think. I believe it needs a little more tweeking. Not sure what. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to home brewing and would like to know if there is a way to raise the abv of this beer without affecting the flavor. Any help would be appreciated.

i made a batch of this about a week ago and actually brewed about 4 1/2 gallons using the same 5 gallon recipe...(its my first batch of beer) after respiration the blow off i used reduced it to around 4 gallons... is this going to cause any bad side effects/ seriously affect the flavor and/or abv of my brew? oh yeah my og was 1.061, about 10 points higher than it was supposed to be.

Bosumm: You can use corn sugar to raise the abv.

Combatbrew: The predicted OG was 1.068. Your 1.061 is in the ball park. Keep up the good work.
