GREAT RECIPE - But Needs a little adjustment

What a COOL Recipe!! But watch your gravities. I followed tizzod's recipe to the letter, but didn't run the calculator on his recipe - the resulting original gravity is a little slim. I ended up with 4 gallons of wort with marginal (1.4) orig. gravity - just under lower limit. I'm sure it'll be OK, but in 5 gallons, it would have been too light. I can't wait to serve this !!
