Ingredients (All Grain6 gal)

  • 7 lbs German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 4 lbs English 2-row Pils

    Pilsner base malt.

  • .5 lbs American Chocolate Malt
