Canoy Creek Celebration Ale (C Cubed)

Canoy Creek Celebration Ale (C Cubed)

Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale) • Extract • 10 gal

Renaissance Brew

This started out as a Bass Ale clone. Our local brewers at our homebrew shop think we've made it better. As a footnote, this is the first beer we've kegged. If you're not kegging yet, you're missing out. We used 30 psi for 1 day to carbonate & this was ready to drink. We've even got a slight "waterfall" effect going on. We'll be making this once per month when the neighbors get to taste it! Don't forget the Irish Moss with 5-10 minutes left in the boil for clarity. Hold it in the primary for 7-10 days and in the secondary for about the same. What a smooth beer!
