Munich Dunkel 2004

Munich Dunkel 2004

Munich Dunkel • All Grain • 22 L

Raydownunder

Not an exciting name but an exciting beer. I love dark German lagers. The hops at 40 minutes are First Wort Hops and this should bring the IBU to 24. Boil for 90 minutes, single decoction and lager for 4 weeks. See brewing notes and if you like this style give it a go with the malts you have available. The Carafa 1 is Carafa Special 1.
