Notes
After sitting on a beach in the whitsunday passage in queensland ,and chugging huge amounts of stella in the warm tropical sun i've come to the conclusion that that stella is a kolsch with light crystal in it......or has the sun got to me !!!!!! note: 15g hallertau in secondry yeasts used: wyeast 2565 (50%) wyeast 2112 (50%)

the kolsch yeast is more dominant than the californian, but it has turned out great.A clean, bright, soft malt with a pronounced hop intrest.will get it judged by my peers soon !
