Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager
Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager
Used by many German breweries to produce rich, full-bodied, malty beers. Good choice for Bocks and Dopplebocks.
Notes
1/3 Thick mash boiled 20 minutes decoction. This beer tasted overhopped for quite a while. I lagered for 10 months and it was great after the 10 months.
