    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • .5 oz Cascade - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

Notes

1/3 Thick mash boiled 20 minutes decoction. This beer tasted overhopped for quite a while. I lagered for 10 months and it was great after the 10 months.
